Application status and profile visibility
Understand what you can see while under consideration and how controls work after selection.
What you see in your account
- Draft: not submitted.
- Application submitted: it remains under continuous consideration; we contact you if access is activated.
- Needs information: update the requested details and resubmit.
- Selected: eligible for the directory when your own controls allow it.
- Update application: review your details after six months.
- Archived: no longer active.
Three separate decisions
Selection, directory visibility, and accepting invitations are independent. A selected member can hide or pause the profile and can turn invitations off without deleting the application.
Changes that trigger re-review
Changing reviewed presentation data such as location, social profiles, or photos saves the update but returns a selected profile to review and hides it until Clubia selects it again.
