By accessing or using the Clubia platform ("Service"), available at clubia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clubia is a global nightlife discovery platform that connects users with nightclubs, promoters, guestlists, and VIP experiences. We provide a marketplace for nightlife services but do not directly operate any clubs or events.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

5. VIP Program

The Clubia VIP program is a free membership that provides access to exclusive nightlife perks. Applications are reviewed by our team and acceptance is at our sole discretion. VIP benefits are subject to availability and may vary by location.

6. Promoter Accounts

Promoters who register on Clubia represent that they have the authority to act on behalf of the venues or events they manage. Promoters are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honoring guestlist and VIP table commitments.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by Clubia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. User Content

By uploading photos, reviews, or other content, you grant Clubia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clubia is a platform connecting users with nightlife venues and promoters. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events, venues, or promoter services. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
