Required to submit
- A canonical Clubia city.
- At least two current photos.
- At least one social profile.
Optional context
Clubia reuses the city and date of birth from your account so you are not asked twice. If you wish, simple selectors let you add languages, music, invitation types, available days, and notice.
After submission
Your application is submitted and remains under continuous consideration. We only contact you if access is activated or if more information is needed; there is no visible rejection, queue position, or estimated timeline.
Keep details current
After six months, we ask you to check your photos, city, and social profiles to remain under consideration. Updating does not restart your account or affect standard Clubia access.
