Manage promoter cities, clubs, and capabilities
Understand why each club relationship has its own permissions and operating window.
Capabilities are specific
- Access: receive custom guestlist and access requests.
- Tables: receive VIP-table requests and submit offers.
- Campaigns: publish promotions for the club.
- Select access: discover eligible profiles within the allowed scope.
Current relationship required
Clubia routes demand and allows publishing only when the promoter is approved and the relevant club relationship, capability, and operating window are active.
Working across cities
You can declare several working cities and request club relationships in each one. Clubia staff still review every relationship and capability separately.
