External promoter profiles and claiming a listing
Why Clubia lists curated external professionals and how they can become native promoters.
Why external profiles exist
When Clubia opens a city before native supply exists, staff can curate professionals who appear to work with a club. This gives members a useful path while the marketplace grows.
External does not mean Clubia-approved
The card is labeled as an external contact and can include source, services, confidence, and last verification. Contact details remain protected behind sign-in and a rate-limited access request.
Claiming the listing
The professional can submit a claim with supporting information. If staff approves it, Clubia creates or updates the native promoter profile, converts verified club relationships, preserves attribution history, and retires the external listing.
