Compare offers, choose one, and confirm availability
Understand multiple offers, the 30-minute confirmation window, fallback offers, and when chat opens.
Several offers, one selected option
Several eligible promoters can each submit one offer. You can compare them in My requests. When you choose one, Clubia atomically selects that offer and places viable competing offers on hold.
The two 30-minute windows
- Promoters normally have a 30-minute routing response window unless their club agreement defines another service level.
- After you select an offer, the winning promoter normally has up to 30 minutes to confirm live availability, capped by the request expiry.
If the winner cannot confirm
A failed confirmation or missed deadline does not force you to recreate the request. The failed offer is recorded and valid held offers can return so you can choose again.
Important
Only a confirmed state is final. Selecting an offer unlocks one contextual chat for logistics but does not itself confirm the booking.
