Guestlists, promotions, invitations, and experiences
Learn the difference between open inventory, approval-based access, private invitations, and multi-stop plans.
Published options
- Open guestlist: any eligible member can request or reserve a place under the published conditions.
- Approval required: joining creates a pending participation for the promoter to review.
- Invite only: only a member with a valid invitation can respond.
- External enrolment: Clubia sends you to the declared external path and records the pending state.

A promotion can include free or reduced access, dinner, drinks, VIP access, a table, another benefit, a free-until time, capacity, party-size rules, and an expiry. The conditions you accept are snapshotted for your participation.
Experiences and recurring promotions
An experience joins at least two ordered stops—such as dinner followed by a club—into one itinerary. Open promotions may be published as separate weekly dates; private Select invitations do not repeat automatically.
